Recently i have this problem, everytime when i tried to download a file with about 20GB on Rapidgator link, it always prompt me to do the captcha again after the file downloaded for about 12GB, is has happened few times, which never happen before 2 weeks ago!, and then after complete the captcha again, it has re-start download from 0%, It Is Super Nasty!pls help to check,thanks

Hi,

1. We didn't change anything.
2. Rapidgator disabled resume for free-users some weeks ago.
3. Have you ever tried to download the same file manually via browser?
Did this work without disconnects in between?

This issue is most likely not a JDownloader issue but more a rapidgator bug- or free user limitation.

PSP, if i have one Rapidgator file being download via JD, can i still download another Rapidgator file via browser? does it work at the same time? Pls advise

No it probably won't.

You could use another IP/Proxy/VPN via browser then it would be possible.

I've posted a number of threads on this topic. your initial post fit with my experience. look through my threads, jd2 allow you now to up the timeout to 5minutes. I've beenable to download 23GB files from rapidgator with that when done directly. I've had much worse luck with proxies (haven't looked into it closely, but would assume that the proxies drop connections after longish delays which are perhaps made worse by going through a proxy).
