Don't mind. wyxchari referred to a question in Spanish, while he should have referred to the solution in English.

Default Adding sound when CAPTCHA pops up

Would be nice to have the computer beep when the CAPTCHA pops up so you know when to get to the computer to type in what it calls for
So if you could add a sound option to jdownloader for the CAPTCHA it would really help

@happydownloader & Raymon

For captcha audio alerts there are several solutions :-

- "Captcha Sound Alert for JDownloader" : It contains several solutions for different platforms.

- For Windoze the easiest solution is "Captcha Alert : a simple tool solution.".

If this is a suggestion, then I would wait for the Event Manager.

Note that most events have nothing to do with captchas. You posted in the wrong thread.

If you want to sleep while jD is working hard to download your files I would read the first post of the captcha thread. Here you'll find some solutions for mutual captcha solving.

Hopefully this will be supported natively once again within coming versions, but for now you can use the mentioned solution in remi post.

Default Option to play a sound for anti-capcha prompt

I get bored with waiting for anti-capcha prompts so I walk away from my keyboard to do other stuff.

Then when I miss the prompt, I have to wait a whole bunch of minutes for another go at entering an anti-capcha code.

I would like our intelligent and inexplicably sexually magnetic developers to add an option to play a sound when an anti-capcha prompt pops up?

Default Sound notifications

Having some sound notifications would not be bad.

Most often I am on my study desk and not in front of my computer,
it would be useful to have notification for :

Download completion
Errors/server errors..
when we need to input captcha

and much more..

thanks
yosh.

I've good and bad news.

There was a possibility to set a sound theme in earlier versions of jD, but that feature was taken out because the devs thought it wasn't used.

Even without the sound theme it should have been possible with the Event Manager. Unfortunately that feature was also stripped from recent jD versions.

Here comes the good news. For captcha audio alerts there are several solutions :-

- "Captcha Sound Alert for JDownloader" : It contains several solutions for different platforms.

- For Windoze the easiest solution is "Captcha Alert : a simple tool solution.".

For other types of audio alerts, please wait and drink tea until

Default sound when dowloading file is end/done.

Can I ask you to add a feature - the sound file when asked to enter a code,
and a sound file when the download is over. Sorry for my english.
