@YuOminaeSSJ19
I advise you migrate to JDownloader 2, we no longer support that version of JDownloader.
Also advise that you upgrade your Java as that version is really old and highly exploitable. Oracle has discontinued Java 6 now and the most recent release of Java is 1.7.0 update 25, get it here _http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jre7-downloads-1880261.html
I would note that, nothing has changed in that version for 3 years so it's highly unlikely that it's something we have done. Changes in Norton would happen nearly daily with automatic updates. I would make sure no new features like live link/web scanning are activated. They tend to crack the sad's when you download with chunks, some security products prevent it totally.

@Mariled
Yes looks like your firewall is the cause, believe it or not they(and antivirus software) cause more trouble with downloading programs than any other software.

yes, in the uploaded settings, I have looked a choice in which you can limit the direct download, ask for captchas or limit the amount of bandwidth for your download files ... so it is likely that the uploader sometimes limit the speed of your downloads ... perhaps with the intention that people buy premium from the uploader files and earn a commission ...

forgot to mention,i have premium acount,still waiting for uploaded reply

uplaoded responded that they have no problems on their side,just kinda strange,2 days in a row now,downloaded a tv show, like 300 mb both files, came at full speed,yesterday i tried to download a movie,2 files downloaded at the same time,both links crashed, once 1 link revived itself it began to download a full speed,but it seems it was accidental because it didnt repeat that "miracle" :/

edit - i got myself 1 month rapidgator acount i still get the same problem,maybe its the isp that is blocking DD ?

something odd happened to me now i started to puta file to dl this evening a 1.6 gb file ALL evening downloading a SUPER speed of 50 kb/s so i stopped it,then put it back to download,then it was on CONNECTING for 1 minute doing nothing,and then when it actually started to download,guess what,full speed,im sure this was only a accident,because i get 1 download every night at full speed and then its back to stone age speed,thijs was with uploaded

I'm having the same problem, only it is occurring with all file-sharing services.

Build: JD2 - 21642
ISP: Cox Cable
Anti-Virus: Kaspersky

This problem does not occur when using the latest NIGHTLY version
