Install JD2 in another path (for example: C:\JDownloader 2), also run the installer with administrator rights.

Hello @mimo2002

If you are using Java 1.7, is probably that the problem is caused by an incompatibility of Java 1.7 with JD 0.9.581.
Also for JD 0.9.581 you need Java for 32bits, if your SO has an architecture of 64bits.

Stick with JD2 Beta as this sounds like a bug in the timeout handling of the 0.9.581 which occurs for unstable or buggy connections.
Anyway, don't forget to save your linklist from time to time (e.g. as DLC via right click) as JD2 is still in Beta state.

The only reason that I use JD1 is using proxy so I can download from ONE hoster 2 files at the same time.
so can run 2 JD2?

JD2 has multiple proxy support, you should only need one installation.

Then check it because JD1 needs Java 1.6 and JD2 needs Java 1.7.
Also note that we don't work on JD1 anymore...
