Hi, I'm getting "invalid download directory" for a directory that exists.
eg: "I:/Series/Silicon Valley" The strange thing is, it works in the root of the drive "I:/" but not in any other folder like "I:/Series" any adivice on how to fix this? Here is my log: 15.06.17 15.48.54 <--> 15.06.17 16.57.13 jdlog://8808804015941/ |

think you will find that its \ not / ;p
the log shows that JDownloader doesn't have permission to write to that path Caused by: java.io.FileNotFoundException: I:\Series\subdirectory\jd_accessCheck_1497570914719 (Access is denied)

Apparently Jdownloader not running as administrator was the problem. I think I fixed this. =]
Thanks! |

JDownloader shouldn't be run as administrator.
Should always run as the as standard user, with the appropriate the read/write permission. raztoki

I know this is a old thread.
Long file names will give you this error. They are over the character limits of the OP system. I solve this issue by shortening the file name of the files.. Make sure the length is under the max character limits of your OS.. Happy New Year. Take care.. |
