@GuitarMantra: working perfectly fine. Please make sure that you have not setup any filter rule or disable file type/hoster in linkgrabber right section. Also make sure your installation is up2date. In doubt, please try https://support.jdownloader.org/de/k...r-installation

It is not working for me. I have not setup any filter rule or disabled any file type/hoster in linkgrabber. So I tried to go through thye instruction to fix JD installation. I tried to backup settings but it gave me following error.

Code:
java.io.FileNotFoundException: D:\Jd2-bkup\<jd:packagename>.jd2backup (The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect)
	at java.base/java.io.FileOutputStream.open0(Native Method)
	at java.base/java.io.FileOutputStream.open(FileOutputStream.java:298)
	at java.base/java.io.FileOutputStream.<init>(FileOutputStream.java:237)
	at java.base/java.io.FileOutputStream.<init>(FileOutputStream.java:187)
	at org.jdownloader.gui.mainmenu.BackupCreateAction$1.run(BackupCreateAction.java:103)
so I could not follow other steps.

However, I also believe my JD is Okay as There was no problem with update.

@GuitarMantra: enter a valid/good filename and not use the default (wrong, wait for update) <jd:packagename>
but you can also just create a copy/backup of your cfg folder or just leave it as it is, as the explained method will not cause any changes to settings/links/accounts.

Please provide a debug log , see https://support.jdownloader.org/de/k...d-session-logs
Enable debug mode, restart JDownloader, now try to add the link and wait for issue, create log and then post logID here

Your logs look fine.
What exactly is going wrong?
Nothing appears in your linkgrabber?
Please post a screenshot of your linkgrabber tab.

Yes. Nothing appeared on Linkgrabber but Today it worked. The only thing I did is remove some old links from linkgrabber and re tried to download.

Thanks. You can close this thread.

@GuitarMantra: Thanks for the feedback. Maybe you had the link but filtered(not visible) and thus nothing has happened when adding the same link again. When you encounter the issue again, please report back
