I don't know if this is the right place to ask for this, but Coomer has completely shut me out. It's been several days and every time I try to load the page it's "This site can't be reached." Any connections I have in JDownloader say "Running" but won't actually work. This has happened before but never any longer than a couple hours. I think Coomer has punished me for downloading using JDownloader. Kemono works just fine, no problem. Coomer used to ask for a Captcha but doesn't even do that anymore. All down detectors say Coomer is up and running, I've tried shutting off my router for 5 minutes, still no luck. I've even tried disconnecting my ethernet and connecting my computer to my phone's hotspot. I can still access Coomer on my phone on data after doing a Captcha. I know I can't use a VPN or the plague that is Cloudflare will flag me, which is what I think happened here. Has anybody experienced this before? I've searched the forums here and unless I missed something, there doesn't seem to be any other threads about this.

Edit: Small update, I tried disabling my firewall and then going to Coomer. I had access very briefly before I started getting Coomer's "unexpected API error" pages and eventually just the "page cannot be reached" window. In the brief time I was in, I tried link grabbing a file, JDownloader said "hostproblem" What is going on?

Maybe your ISP DNS-blocked coomer.su for you but not kemono.su?
Which error do you get in browser?

If in doubt, contact coomer.su support and ask them if they blocked your IP or if they are aware of any problems.

Also, I highly doubt hat they blocked you for using JDownloader since they provide an open API free to use exactly for tools like JDownloader and at this moment you are the only user who has reported this problem.

Oh I don't doubt one bit it's working for everyone else, I can still access it on data but only on data. I was never sure if they discourage using tools like JDownloader because so often I could get shut out for hours at a time but then it would suddenly start working again, but now it's shut me out and it's been days.

Do you have any idea how I can contact Coomer's admin? I can't really check the website since I can't access any page of it at all anymore.

I've attached a screenshot of the screen I get every time I try to go to Coomer.

Here's a log ID based on the instructions given:

What I did was activated debug, then attempted to load in a Coomer URL. I had to reuse one of the ones sitting in my download list because I can't access Coomer through my browser to get a URL.

That looks more like a firewall/AV problem to me.
coomer.su is definitely up and so is their API.
Pinging coomer.su, their IP is "190.115.31.47" which you cannot reach.

I've tried shutting off my firewall completely. I was able to access Coomer briefly, but shortly later, Coomer started throwing an API error, then shortly after that I was getting the website can't be accessed screen I attached. By shortly, I mean minutes. The JDownloader links simply never started, and any time I tried to add a link, it still gave a HostError. Do you think I should message the Coomer admins to ask?

The coomer.su API is working fine for me atm.

Yes and/or get a random VPN and see if it works with it enabled.
Did you already cross-check with other devices in your home network?

I'm sorry, I wish I would have screenshot the API error screen, but I can't get into Coomer to see it anymore.

I have two devices, both do the same thing when on my wifi, page can't be reached. I'll contact Coomer and see if they have insight.

Try with the same devices in another network e.g. a public wifi or at a friends house.
Also double-check with friends devices in their network to see if they got the same problem.
First you need to find out where the problem is aka ISP block or IP ban or Firewall/AV problem (yes I know/read you claimed to have disabled your AV!).
