Apologies, but I don't know where to post this.

Could my account "heydoh" please have the restrictions taken off of it so I can edit my user panel and change my pw, etc. This block has been in place for months now. I believe this block was put in place because when I signed up the account I was logged into my PIA VPN. As you can see by my post history I have not done\posted anything malicious. Thanks.
