JDownloader returns to Starting state after downloading a file from mega.nz
I'm not sure exactly when this started happening, but it is recent.
When downloading a from mega.nz I see the status of the file change to Starting, then to Download, and then to Decrypting. After this it would normally change to Finished, but instead it goes back to Starting and just sits there. I can click Stop and then Start and the status of the file will change to Finished and it will go on with the next file. I don't know if it will be helpful or not, but I had it create a log hare: 19.04.22 16.08.06 <--> 19.04.22 16.14.28 jdlog://0158925302851/ This looks very similar to https://board.jdownloader.org/showthread.php?p=499438 I have also tried disabling my VPN and Firewall. I still get the same result. Thank you for your help. My first time posting here. Hopefully I have properly given you enough info to go on. |

@ozlo: Log only shows that JDownloader is *walking* through the list in order to find next possible download candidate.
Do you have large packages (with many files in it)? You start the downloads normal via start/play button? Would it be possible to do a Teamviewer session together? contact us via support@jdownloader.org

Yes, I do have a large number of packages and a large number of files.
After reading your response I tried disabling most of them. It appears to be working correctly again. I can disable groups of files at a time until I get through all of them. I think you can mark this as "solved". Thank you for your help! |

@ozlo: can you give rough estimation about size of the packages? 100 links, 1000 links? what value have you set max downloads to?

I've been removing them as they finish.
Rough guestimation... About 25K files. Probably around 2000 packages. Most packages had a small number of files, or even a single file in many cases. A few had close to 200. Most of the files were small. The entire download was around 13G. |

@ozlo: what is your max downloads settings? and have you enabled max downloads per host?
There is a known performance issue where JDownloader tries to find the next possible download and with large packages/lists and limited *max downloads per host* JDownloader keeps looking for next download to start and keeps looking and looking and looking.

Max simultaneous downloads is 6.
Max per host is 2. I think I also tried it at 1 for a while because someplace I was downloading from had a limit of a single file at a time. |

@ozlo: Can you please check and disable *max per host 2*. I think it's caused by the named issue. In your situation/with your list, JDownloader loops again and again through the list in order to find the next possible download
Do you have other links than mega ln list too? I need somehow to reproduce the situation/list where this happens so I can check/fix the issue
