For some reason I unclicked the checkboxes on the files in the views panel in the LinkGrabber tab. They all disappeared, so I can't recheck them.

That's it, LinkGrabber no longer finds any files on any type of site I give it to. If I put a direct link in the link grabber, it sees that file.

I've deleted JDownloader 2, I erased all its directories, etc, and reinstalled it.

But nothing's changed. Is there something else I can do?

@tableclock: Please provide example links and a log, see https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...d-session-logs and post shown logID here.
Most likely you're trying to add a link that url format is not(yet) supported or site is using cloudflare and blocks JDownloader.

What do you mean *can't recheck* ? You unclicked a filter in Linkgrabber->quickfilter on right side or what checkbox do you mean?
