When importing settings that already contain rules, which cannot be removed (Direct HTTP, Already in Downloadlist, Offline Files) these will be duplicated.

As they are protected, you cannot remove these duplicate rules. 'Remove' is grayed out.

I suggest to exclude these 'factory default' rules from exporting to avoid this problem when importing a set of rules.
