Default Add packages into a package themselves

Is there the notion of grouping packages together?

I have about 60 packages (which themselves contain multiple links), and I'd prefer if there were grouped instead.

nested packages isn't possible, and request for its inclusion has been declined in the past.

the best you can do under the current frame work is either merge them into the same package
or
assign a comment and use filter to display just that content.
