Default Redirecting without reason!

Since JD 2 latest update, every time I start the program it redirects me through Firefox to some thread of JD home site and prompts me to install some add-ons to Firefox or Google. I also get the message "Hello Google user...etc" I always have to click on "cancel" and close Firefox tab. Please note that this occurs on permanent basis since JD 2 latest update and it doesn't affect either downloads or link grabber which keep on running normally. As said I'm a Firefox user and I haven't installed Google Chrome on my system considering that I'm quite happy with just one browser. Please help as it's quite annoying and it's happening all the time. Here's the log:

11.07.20 07.13.02 <--> 11.07.20 07.33.34 jdlog://8651125302851/

Thank you!

You will need the browser extension my.jdownloader either for firefox or chrome based on the browser you use, and this is needed for recaptcha v2 and v3 solving task. closing the tab will result in 'account checking/crawling/download' tasks stopping vs completing. This has been a requirement for multiple years now.

I have this extension installed already "years now" as you say, however this issue appeared only after installing the latest JD 2 updates. Please advise!

No! In fact even if JD stays in the taskbar inactive, it gives this message multiple times. I need to be there and cancel and close tabs all the time

See above. Try disable all Google related accounts or follow the instruction in that Knowledgebase/Article.

The instruction in the following article did nothing and I continue getting the same message/redirection all over again.

https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...n-instructions

Disabling all Google related accounts is impossible besides how come JD was working fine no matter Google 2 days ago before the update. Now I've re-installed a newer version for JD extension in Firefox and I'm waiting to see the result. Until now no message though. Keeping you informed.

Installed both Flag Cookies add-on in Firefox and the latest version of JD extension, however the issue persists. Besides the 3rd step in flag cookies add-on "Export cookies tab cookies data" as you indicate in the instruction doesn't appear in preferences. Please advise!

I think it's common sense if I disable all my Google related accounts I'll loose many vital services as e-mail account(s), google search etc. Isn't that right? I use JD for hours sometimes days and I can't stay without those services for long. Don't you agree?

Please show me how!!!! If you mean in account manager there's no Google account only some paid or free file hosters

Edit: Unless you mean all those file hosts paid or not that I've registered with my google e-mail account. But if I disable all those how can I download?

Yes, that's what I mean.
Before the enforcement to use cookies, Google account doesn't work in JD, I wonder how you could download.
Try disable all accounts, if you can't download, enable one, if you are asked to enter the cookies, enter the cookies from that site. If that's OK, try enable the others one by one.

I need instruction on how to enter cookies from any site because as I said "flag cookies" add-on doesn't show the 3rd step "Export tab cookie data" after I click on preferences. Take a look here please:

believe the only services which have cookie support at this time are google services, which is why I mentioned it earlier. Please wait for psp to have some input, he would be the best person to respond at this time.

What is quite strange is that even if I ignore the message and the tab (take a look at the attached screenshot) nothing affects the downloads which continue without any problem. It's only annoying popping up all the time. And if I leave JD downloading overnight I find at least 10 tabs open next morning. The downloads are complete though unaffected!

Hi ernaniaroldo,

you seem to be having issues with the "cookie login info dialog".
Currently, this really only should appear when you add accounts for one of the following services:
- twitter.com
- seedr.cc
- docs.google.com

I cannot yet imagine how this can just randomly occur.

OK, the problem was account recaptcha.google.com which I've disabled and now the issue is resolved. I thank so much everybody! Case closed.
