Is there a list of variables we can use to instruct jdownloader to save the albums of a user under its username?

You could use the packagizer for that and create a rule that sets username as packagename or package group. Please provide example links, then we can help better

Settings-Packagizer
Create new Rule
SourceURL(s) - contains - .*imgsrc\.ru/main/user\.php\?user=(.+)
enable regex

then set DownloadDirectory - <jd:packagename>
then set PackageName - <jd:source:1>/<jd:orgpackagename>

You can copy/paste the link to force JDownloader deep decrypt it
