Proxy Settings
Hello
My internet connection uses a configuration proxy URL to connect to the internet at my place. Can anyone please help me where I need to put in the proxy URL. Without it, I am unable to download anything as Jdownloader is not able to connect to the internet. Or is there a way that Jdownloader directly takes the proxy settings from firefox or internet explorer. Regards Last edited by Jiaz; 01.06.2011 at 18:19. |

taking proxy settings from system will be an upcomming feature.
at the moment the easiest way is to download the proxy settings and open file in texteditor and read it manually or download a tool showing the current proxy settings. (google should help you there) in case you are stuck, report back and i will try to code a little tool showing the current proxies in internet explorer, then you can setup them in jdownloader yourself
