I have a premium account in rapidshare, green tick enable acount

start download , active 2 max dls , start ok
but return red account and active 1 max dls
how to ask about this?

Try to avoid special characters in your password.

1) Remove account data from JDownloader (using that button with red circle with X inside)
2) Close JD
3) Go to Rapidshare.com account management -> Settings
4) Turn off Direct-Downloads
5) Remove special characters from password (setup new without special chars)
6) Logout from RS.com account management
7) Run JD
8) Go to Premium hoster->rapidshare.com->Configuration
9) Go to accounts tab
10) Activate THIRD (#3) account and put account data there (make sure you entered that data properly)
11) Checkout account
12) Close configuration Windows by clicking OK
13) Make sure Use Premium is active
14) Start downloading
