for the file convert.exe in directory C: \ Program Files \ JDownloader \ tools \ Windows \ captcha \ Cap

Can you please update to the latest version of convert.exe?

this file is VERY VERY old, just delete it
your jd installation must be very old

keep copy of config folder, delete all(except jdupdate.jar) and start jdupdate.jar and copy back your config folder
