Is there a way when i copy the same URL over and over that i want to download pictures from, for example Instargram. That it will always automatically skips the files that are already on the list/downloaded?

I don't want to always click on Do not add duplicate links for that specific URL/Site I'm downloading from.

You can either
1.) setup a linkfilter in Settings->Linkfilter and use condition to check if the link already exists
or
2.) pre-setup your choice in Settings->Advanced Settings->
