Default [NOT ay bug] Problem setting up proxy list (public proxy list)

Hi,

I'm trying to setup a proxy list to skip wait times but am having trouble getting it working. I've found a free proxy list online and pasted that into the import section in the following format, for example socks5://proxy:port but it won't connect.
It always shows proxy failed, does anyone have any advice on why this isn't connecting? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Hi,
free proxy lists contain a lot of broken/unreliable proxys this using them is not recommended.

Also you should test them first because JD displays them as not-working for a reason

This is not a JD issue/bug!
