Ghost window "JavaEmbeddedFrame" on linux system running Gnome desktop enviroment
Hi
I use JDownloader installed via flatpak on Arch Linux running Gnome 3.32.2 desktop environment. If Tray Icon is enabled in JD settings, I see a ghost window named "JavaEmbeddedFrame" when I press Super key (windows logo) to show all windows open on my system. If I press alt+tab while JD is running and wait some milliseconds while JD is focused in the alt+tab menu, I see an extra item also named "JavaEmbeddedFrame". See the attached screenshots please. I do not disable Tray Icon because I need it. It would be great if this annoying ghost window definitely disappeared while JD runs on Gnome desktop environment. The tip from linux mint forum does not work on my system.
I installed oracle java 12 on my system and I even tried jar version of JD available in download section under "Other", but this issue persists. Thanks for your attention. |
