[Solved] Insufficient disk space on your hard drive

I started to DL two files 70 + 70 MB at disk D:\ which it seems exceeded free disk space. So JD correctly reported error "Insufficient disk space on your hard drive". Okay. Now I have 400 MB free at disk D:\ and I still can't start none of the two links because of the same error being reported. I can't even DL a tiny gif image anymore.

Advanced Settings - GeneralSettings.forcedfreespaceondisk default is 512 MB.
