Default Ghost??

This is hard to describe but for some reason I am getting automatic downloads. I used to set priority to highest when a link was at linkgrabber and then click start downloads. Then at downloads it would start the downloads when it could. What I have been doing lately is just click start downloads when the link was at linkgrabber and when it appeared at downloads I would click force download start. But now the links start downloading as soon as I click start downloads regardless of host or priority. It's very strange.

"Start Downloads" always starts the downloads! "Start Downloads" via rightclick menu or via Start/Play button will move selected/all links from linkgrabber to download list and start the downloads. That is normal and expected behaviour.
If you want to just move the links without starting them, then you can either
use CTRL key to toggle between "Start Downloads/Add Downloads" or disable the autostart in linkgrabber bottom right quicksettings (changes default action)

Also please know that when you use "Force Download start" then this will for example ignore set limits because you tell JDownloader to force that downloads
to download them as soon as possible

In case you mean something different or I did not understand correct, please just report back
