API Issue with filejoker.net

Hi

I have just purchased a filejoker premium account and, initially it showed as OK but after a few seconds the Account Manager shows Status: Unknown API error with a Temp disabled notice with a countdown from 1 hour.

I have the latest JDownloader2 updates installed and have removed and re-added the details for Filejoker.

Can anyone offer some help, please?
