I was able to get it to work with one file, when I enable my account it tries to start more and then all the extras stop and the account gets disabled again

Sharingmatrix plugin error
I am pretty new in this. I am wondering why I am getting plugin error after I grab a link from sharingmatrix.com? My JDownloader is updated. So, I am out of ideas. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Perhaps the newest plugin didn't download. Try totally shutting jD down and starting it up again, and then repeat again (at least two times). It appears this sometimes works to get the current plugin download. |

There was no updates available. And I shut down JD several times and started again. Still not downloading sharingmatrix links. others are well

nevermind, I think I got it fixed. I had to click on a TOS agreement and it seems to be counting down at least.

Hi,
Newmember, and just downloaded "JDownloader" and continue to fight the problem with unrecognized "Premium Account" as stated by previous users. Looks like this problem was resolved, yet I do not know how to update the plugin, as listed below. Can someone point me in the proper direction on how to update this module? Thank you. |

Hi
I, too have had lots of issues with FileSonic since their changeover from SharingMatrix. In my case I have had many of the Invalid Account issues which seemed to besolved then returned, etc. Now it simply states my account is Expired. I notice onFileSonic's website that my account is showing as expired on 14th August even though I paid for 28 days on the 8th. I can use direct downloads without problems and FioleSonic have assured me that the payment went through and my account is vaild. Yet, it seems, something is wrong causing JD to assume it has expired. I have written to FileSonic yet again but still haven't had any further respnse. Cheers. BTW, I have exited and re-run JD twice and have also deleted the account from JD, run jdupdate.rar and re-added the account with the same result. Last edited by Mav6215; 19.08.2010 at 01:44. |

hi, i'm a all-time jdownloader user...
i've recently paid for the premium account @ filesonic, and i'm experiencing problems with this account and the manager. When i download from the browser it works fine. But with jdownloader i have waiting time and no chance to start simultaneous downloads. Any clues? Thank you! |

please check the valid until date on the website if it says a correct date
jd checks this date and like Mav6215 the expire date might be wrong, that makes jd think account is invalid and no longer uses it. please check website for the valid until date if its correct. then i can talk to filesonic about that bug if it still exists.

The date verification is correct on Filesonic. JDownloader will "also" show the same date but works for awhile and then becomes corrupt.

lol guys I found a simple solution to this "Inavlid Account/No Traffic Left Problem" :
At top go to Premium>Filesonic.com>accounts>youraccount>then click on "Enable Premium". Fixed:thumbup: "Premium>Enable Premium Globablly" was ticked but it wasn't in what I mentioned above, so that's the fix, have fun:P |

That seems to have the same effect as ticking the Enable box in 'Plugins & Addons - Host - Premium.
No help, I'm afraid, where FileSonic have messed up my account validity of their site. |

global premium (the icon at the bottom left) must be enabled
if account of hotfile does not work, please rightclick account and try refresh, if that does not help. please send pm with account infos so i can test myself.

FileSonic seems to have fixed my expiry date. Had to delete then re-enter their details in JD but all seems fine now. Can't test full speed until after midnight, though.

I'm not a premium member with filesonic, so I always have to wait a while between downloads.
What I've noticed over the last few days is that when I d/l a filesonic file and the next filesonic file in jdownloader says 'Wait 9mins 50 secs' or whatever, jdownloader isn't moving to the next downloadable file to download that instead (eg a rapidshare or hotfile link) and any other filesonic links don't say 'waiting for new IP'; they're just blank. |

1.) set max downloads to 2 at the bottom left
or 2.)go to settings-hoster-filesonic, click on settings and change the checkbox option. its a currently workaround. i will fix this for good when i have time.

hmm I thought the 10 minute delay in JD was due to the normal 10 minute wait period one sees when at their web site for non premium downloaders wait time between downloads.

yes, but we had to use a workaround as the way jd waited 10 mins did not work out. i just fixed it and plugin update will come soon.

FileSonic - TWICE the waiting time???
since the last update of the filesonic plugin by Greeny (23.08.2010 23:24) jdownloader waits twice the waiting time displayed on the webpage!
if the filesonic-countdown says 10minutes - jd waits 20 minutes! this happens because Greeny changed Code:
In FileSonicCom.java - Line 300 throw new PluginException(LinkStatus.ERROR_IP_BLOCKED, Long.parseLong(countDownDelay) * 1001l); Code:
In FileSonicCom.java - Line 300 throw new PluginException(LinkStatus.ERROR_IP_BLOCKED, Long.parseLong(countDownDelay) *2 * 1001l); could anybody (i.e. Greeny) enlights me why is that? (and what and why should keep me from changing it back? (already did that and works fine...) ) greetz |

i can
1.)it was my change 2.)our tests has shown that if ppl only wait the given 10 mins its not enough. in browser it says wait 10 mins and then you visited page again and still had to wait. waiting a little more and it worked 3.) so i set waittime * 2. only ppl that cannot reconnect are affected by this 4.) im waiting for feedback. dont know if its still needed to wait twice the time. if not then i will change it back.

well i dont know what happens now but without reconnect there is no download anymore!
whatever you did... first download works ok (~20sec waiting time)... then jd always repeats the 20min wait-time... forever... no download... download via browser works ok... Last edited by FBD; 24.08.2010 at 14:12. |

yes - i just saw there has been an update to the FileSonic plugin... will check that out as soon as all current downloads are finished (~3min...)
greetz edit: well you just changed the waiting time from * 2 to +120... well lets see it that helps... Last edited by FBD; 24.08.2010 at 14:16. |

ok i will (its pr0n btw...) but i know for sure its not a problem with filesonic or that link!
i just reverted my filesonic-plugin back to revision 12340 from 20.08.10... and the same link that was waiting in queue for over 2 hours startet downloading (after the common waiting time of 10min!) that whole new added cookie-stuff just wont work.... (freecookies sound too good to be true...) greetz |
