I have disabled logs. But I had a similar error:

java.lang.OutOfMemoryError : unable to create new native Thread

And I would like to tune the parameters -Xms
-Xmx, although I don't have a large download list, still the same 100k max.
Only after a long download of small files, the memory suddenly increases, and there is some leakage.

JVM is frequently crashing with a 0xc0000005 exception

Resolution:
There may be several causes for this type of exception, but in most cases this is related to enabled DEP

But how to disable for javaw.exe / jd2?

I never saw a result for DEP, tbh I just did a quick search and read a couple artciles.

just quick search for DEP if its the cause, you can confirm with windows event viewer.

You can click Start, type event viewer, and click Event Viewer app to open Windows Event Viewer on Windows 10. Scroll down the log list to check if there is an Event ID 1000 DEP error. If you find one, then a program may have problems with DEP.

Have you tried not allocating memory such large chunk of memory via cli?
