Thanks PSP,

I will continue testing it daily, I just updated the plugin but it is still replacing spaces with the "+" characters.

Can you please provide debug logs?
Enable Settings->Advanced Settings-Log.debugmodeenabled and restart JDownloader.
Reproduce the issue and create log, see https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...d-session-logs
Spaces and + sounds like wrong en/decoding of URLs
Or provide example links for testing

@jiaz
zipppty plugin does not setfinalfilename which is fine for our use, but this mh changes filename at there end. they want us to fix it via trusting there api to set filename, personally i don't see the need todo that as it could introduce errors when they are wrong.

@RPNet-User
if you want a work around, make a package customiser rule for zippyshare based on filename * and just place it in as your edited name via dynamic tag
that sets a field which plugins can not touch (setForcedFilename).

I already tried to make a packagizer rule, however, I could not get it to work.

yeah in post one, I read but you where also messing with packagename, im suggesting don't. since you main concern is abuse from your mh provider, this will fix this. rest are default jd behaviour, it should work

if
downloadurl contains zippyshare.com/
if filename contains *
(you might need file is online/offline, as bug does exists where you need it)
then
filename = <jd:orgfilename:1>

Here is the current status:
Final filenames are now obtained from their API and set accordingly.
The admin told me to exclude zippyshare from this behavior for some reason so this will not be done for Zippyshare URLs but for all others.
Do you still have issues?
If so, please explain them.

Sorry this was a misunderstanding here.
Admin in fact told me to use API filename only for zippyshare.com downloads which is what I did for the next update ...

Thank you PSP, the plugin fix is working perfectly:

@Raztoki, thanks, I had already tried your suggested example and several other iterations, the packagizer rule would never have worked for this unless a 'packagizer hook' via an event-script was used.
