JDownloaderSetup.exe cannot start in Win11
Hi
I downloaded the latest JDownloaderSetup.exe from the official site, whose size is 31.6 MB (33,188,056 bytes), but it is not starting under my Windows 11. When I double-click on JDownloaderSetup.exe, I'll get the normal allow-execution prompt, but after clicking "Yes", nothing happens. Normally it should be the time that the installer kicks in doing the installation but nothing happens. - I opened the Task Manager while doing above, and didn't notice any changes in its output. - Trying to run JDownloaderSetup.exe as Admin does not help either. Is there any workaround? I have my Java 11 installed in my Windows 11, can I download a .jar file and start JDownloader myself? Thanks |

@sfxpt: most likely something on your system kills/blocks the adware bundle installer, see https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...g-installation
you can also use the adware free installer, see https://jdownloader.org/jdownloader2
