@soria

You're not paying for jD but you're paying for FSe. Why do you contact jD and not FSe?

fileserve does not answer me
I read recently of problems with jd and fileserve, maybe it's a problem of java 6...I do not know. recommended to update to Java 7?or would cause only problems?

thanks

Try with your browser, try Java 6 update 21, check your AV/FW settings.

First, try with browser, if you get the same speed, stay with your current Java. Try another host.
Older Java:_http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/archive-139210.html

I tried it and it's the same thing with browser. from other hosts (megaupload,filesonic) is equal
older versions require login:(
Can I install update 29 directly or could cause problems??

thanks;)

ps. now account premium again does not work:(

You wrote you have 1mb/s, if you wrote it correctly, then you should expect download speed only at 125 kB/s. B = Byte, b = bit, 1 Byte = 8 bit. Test it with speedtest.net.

Same problem with fileserve here: I have to answer several captchas before DL with jdownloader starts. Using browser results in only one captcha.

The problem is known.

jD uses FSe's API and that's why FSe can make it more difficult for jD's customers to download from FSe.

@soria

If you've a FSe account then you should be able to download now, as FSe solved the problem with accounts.

Your problem probably isn't caused by the version of java you're using. First read post #1625.

@tony 10.64 / 0.57 but i have programs p2p turned on
i usually download at 1.20-30 MB/s
however reading from the router is not better?

@remi
I was a general discourse without referring to my specific problem
now fileserve is ok just wait and account premium return to work
I said why so 'many problems in this period

you're right it is probably java's update

Yes - suggestion is to change hosting service.
They have this error day by day at least for the last 3-4 days.

I just checked it and the login problem is on fileserve's side!
Their API is broken and returns:
Code:
{"error_code":500,"error_message":"error, try again later","type":null
It's all fileserve's fault so please complain to their support, NOT here!!!

@interestingman

Download from other hosters.
Fileserve is doing everything to get rid of their users.
No "sorry", no info on their main page explaining that they have day by day problems with their API, they do not respond to the users' mails...
They know exactly that most of Premium users are using jDownloader...

Same problem as others. It says "Invalid account" even though the name and password are correct. It used to work a few weeks ago.

The suggestion to change hosting service is laughable. The hosting service is imposed by the download sites, it doesn't depend on us.
