Implemented "favorites" and "group" links support, wait for the next update!

When a plugin is fixed or a new plugin is made you always have to wait for it to get released so that you can use it.
Updates are usually released every 7-14 days.
You can check if updates have been released by comparing the date of the last released update on our changelog with the current date.
If the changelog page is broken you can find the changelog HERE.
Please note that only Jiaz and coalado can release updates!

If you can't wait you can try the JDownloader 2 BETA (see my signature down belog).
The BETA gets the updates directly without any waittimes.

Ok thank you for add fav & groups, but you probably made ​​a mistake because now JD only downloads thumbnails with all the gals!!

Note that JD usually only downloads the thumbnail if no better quality can be found.

Ah ok... I'll try tomorrow for the feedback. They do a lot of changes right now, and not always to everyone's taste!

This was only a little changed which i fixed in under 2 minutes and it should already be available via JD2.

Big problem, it do not work correctly, also probably due to the recent changes by Flickr... i have noticed many errors on all the gals. JD2 downloads the same photo multiple times instead of downloading the right files, now we have duplicate files and it's not the case in the photostream.

a) With this gal for ex with 129 different pics we have 15 errors, 15 duplicate files instead of the right pics!!

b) Same problem with all the gals, here for ex we have 7 duplicate files instead 24 different pics:

For groups it's not good, JD2 handle only the first page, ex here:
72 first pics, only the 1st page: **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**
54 first pics, only the 1st page: **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

For favorites it works fine, all pages are handled, thanks (but it's the same for duplicate files...)

This morning it works fine now, no wrong pictures

Also now JD says always "plugin out of date" on some pics, i'm forced to reinitialize the files for JD download them??

I can't open the new logs yet.
I added a better method to find out how many pages a link has but via JD, the "groups" links work kinda different so first i will have to figure out that.
Also note that this has to be fixed (multiple pages):

BUT this is no JD bug:

Page 2 and 3 are empty, you can test it via browser also

Yes you're right this link was not a good example. After the update it's better but all pages are not still handled...
I understand it's not the same method you have to learn

In this group for ex we have 2685 pics (72 pics x 37 pages + last page 21 pics) but JD2 says only 525 are online.
Wonder if the number at the bottom of the page in groups is really good also ?!

For the log i have not really understand if you can see it or not, but i have to say i prefer the old system (with JD) cause we can't see nothing in JD2, i do not like... where i can see my log ?? I clicked on "create a log" and i give you the info, if it's not good please tell me what should i do ?

Edit after you said below my post was against the rules: i think it was not a double post because you have made changes after my post and after the update it did not work, the plugin is now out of date because all the pics are not handled even
for a simple photostream, that's why i posted. I tried to help but it's the second time you say i break the rules, i did my best but now i prefer stopped its ok. Maybe the rules was good for JD but i think in this case they are not adapted with the rapidity of JD2's updates.

You say i do not follow the forum rules so please you can close my account for the trad also, thank you.

@isandar: he is just trying to help and can't do that without a working account.
and you must understand that you must give a coder some time. in case he released an update and it does not work, a short feedback is enough and he will check...do not push too much work when a fix breaks something, let him fix it first, then check for the feature requests

It's not my fault if Flickr made changes at the wrong time. If i try to explain quickly what is wrong and if i give links it's for help him to save his precious time, i know he is busy... but not to get a rocket each time!!!

Sometimes it needs time till a plugin works exactly as you want it to work.

I understand it needs time of course! Ok now i'll wait minimum 3 days like you want before "bumping" my thread as you say... while JD2's updates are more 3 times a day! About the account yes i could create one for you* why not... with extra pictures, super favorites, nice links as examples, ect ... but in the meantime you can use this one it's not a problem i do not use it except for groups sometimes.

Photostreams: always not all pics handled

Ex links:

JD2 begin the download at the page 2 instead of 5(first page) - only pages 1&2 are downloaded
18 pics x 2pages = 36 pics instead of 90pics (5pages)

18 pics x 2pages = 36 pics instead of 123pics (7pages)

Don't know after i gave my log if Jiaz has fixed the bug about files not downloaded but probably cause it seems it's good there are no more now.

It works perfectly for simple gals again, thanks pspzocker! Ok you can count on me to check errors and give suggestions i will not fail... rather two times than once!



Edit: not still perfectly, i've seen another problem here:

JD2 begin the download at the end of the page 13 instead to begin at the page 21 and with this photostream the pics are not downloaded in the right order... don't know really what happens after? but at the end 11 pics are missing... it's the page 21 who are not handled (1st page).

Fixed, wait for the next update!
I also added some new loggers so in the log you can always see how far the decrypter is, e.g.

The log will only help to find bugs but you're right, you should be able to view it in JD!

Minor problem:
Sometimes the pics are not downloaded in the right order, particularly here: **External links are only visible to Supporters**
Maybe it's due to the very long names for the pics don't know? It's annoyed to update this set cause we can't choose the right pics to download, we have not the names in the linkgrabber. Can you solve this please, thank you for your support.

When i'll find some i'll post the links ok but the wrong order for some streams is not due to the names i think infact... about this subject long files names, is it possible JD2 with the names allow a predetermined number of characters, more short. Because it's rare but Windows XP allow only 250 letters and it crashes my viewer i must use the f.....' explorer to rename the files sometimes...
