We know of the landing error 612 problem and think we have it resolved. Will try and get another update released when the appwork guys get into work tomorrow.

closed thread to prevent my post getting lost, please do not create new threads complaining.

Default How can I update?
Hi, I just bought an Account - fileserve.com.
Premium doesn't work, I always get a "Invalid Account".
My question is - how can I update?

When I check for Updates - no Updates are found?!
Can I use the premium account with JDownloader?

And guys, we really tried to fix it.

I have error with fileserve...unknown landing error
I have cancelled my account..upgrade and reboot jd..and i insert my account but i have always error.

If you can neither download via browser nor via JD, please contact the fileserve support, in this case IT CAN'T BE A JD BUG!

Please post logs if you can download via browser but not in JD!

i have PREMIUM ACCOUNT OK but Unknown landing error, please contact our support!

I can not even download with browser

you say it works renstalling jd?it is tested

the problem is not jd but fileserve-right?

Default Fileserver erros
Yes as admin mentioned before this error is obviously on Fileserve side when we cannot download even from webbrowser. However its lasts for several days already...

I tried to contact FS but only way I can find is webform which is not working for me. It falls into timeout. FAQ are useless as allways.

Admin, dont you know some email adress or something we could use? OR cant you contact them somehow that many cmrs are annoying you with their fault? :(

I really dont know how to proceed...
