Hi I have a fileserve problem. Whenever I try to download any file from fileserve on my premium account I get this message "Your download could not be completed. Please try again later." I found some info saying you can help fix that problem if I provide you with my IP and ACCOUNT NAME. So here it is :

I just checked and I'm able to download links only trough Fileserve Manager which I never used in the past and don't want to use it, I simply don't like it. I'm disgust to be forced to use software that is crippled and missing advanced capabilities offered by a superior JDownloader i.e. it's impossible to download links that are protected by safelinking.net because your manager does not recognize them, other than that there are way more other functions that JDownloader offers like extracting containers placing them in proper folders etc. besides in other words forcing someone to use your software is called monopolizing and in most countries it's illegal. I won't even mention that my account was disabled for no reason without any notice, which is just rude and out of place. I pay for the service so I'm a customer, and you have to remember that without customers you won't exist. As far as I'm concerned you are the most expensive file hosting service on the Web, so I expect to be threaded with respect. If this won't be fixed by Friday (11th November) I'm filling a case on PayPal and will claim money return. I'm pretty much sure I will get them back as you don't provide the service that you suppose to. There is plenty other file hosting services out there like i.e.wupload and filesonic. I don’t want to be dick about it but as you already act like a dick, you get treated like a dick (you banned me without any reason and notice, and failed to respond on any communication form send by me to you through your website service). If I would be a less IT skilled person I probably wouldn't find you on this forum that's completely unrelated to your service. It's sad to see a good file hosting service turn bad, I hope you'll fix things fast so that I can regain trust in you. I really feel treated like some garbage. I had to waste hours to find a way to contact you and no one is going to return that time to me. Furthermore I ask for my account to be extended with the time that it was disabled and with the time in which I couldn't enjoy its full benefits.

Also for future purposes please try to use Fileserve Manager instead.

My account is disabled now, probably after reading my second massage !!!!!!!!
No answer from RickyFS and my account displays as disabled when I try to login, well if that's how he desires to treat his customers than I'm out of here.
