For the past three days now whenever I download a file it downloads a portion (varies) at full speeds then drops to 50-100kbps. Today the latter ceased to be the case and now it just resets the file. I've tried changing the chunks but it doesn't help and haven't made any recent changes to my computer to warrant an exception from my AV or firewall. I've tried multiple download managers only to experience the same issue, I've contacted uploaded but am still waiting to hear back from them. here's my log:

Default JD doesn't recognize my uploaded acct.

I have a premium account that is enabled and refreshes without any problem. However, JD doesn't recognize it and asks if I want a premium account and then sends me to a captcha. The changelog instructions said send this:

15.11.15 09.46.23to14.11.15 22.23.06 jdlog://3982144739341/

@Johnsmithx00
Your log is not complete, please upload a new log.

@rrtzmd
You got connection problem, and you have another account which is a free account that was used after connection problem, that's why you got captcha.

The log shows:
--ID:102TS:1447395192113-11/12/15 10:13:12 PM - [] -> java.net.SocketException: Socket closed
at java.net.SocketInputStream.socketRead0(Native Method)
...
at org.appwork.utils.net.throttledconnection.ThrottledInputStream.read(ThrottledInputStream.java:159)

If other tools failed too, then wait for their support's reply.

I appreciate the quick response and will continue to wait for UL support's response. I was wondering though if possible could explain the log results in layman's term?.

Please use less max connections! 20 is tooooo much!
Set it to use 1-2 max connections!

Yes I am aware of that and with UL 4 is usually enough and why I almost always set it at 5 max. It's that I sometimes set it that higher when downloading from other hosts and tend to forget to set it back to 4-5. The first thing I did when I began experiencing this issue was lower it to 1 as I explained but aforementioned issues persisted. Seeing as how this occurs with other tools I'm sure it's not a jdownloader issue, I was simply looking for a second opinion because your support is very helpful.

Thanks for the feedback. I will try to spend more time on the next download system that is able to handle those issues without aborting download

My problem is I've been shocked with the fact that uploaded doesn't support resuming download right after purchasing my premium, is there any solution?
second problem:
I tried to put my id +pass in 3 different downloaders and got banned for a day due to third party and sharing activity, I think the reason is jDownloader, and not sharing activity because when I try to resume a download (I know it doesn't support resuming but for chance) it stills give me links untill my traffic ends, am I right? what to do here?

@yaza

most if not all premium services support resume, and chunking and uploaded is one of them. If you cant chunk its most likely caused by your ISP (transparent proxy) altering the request, or security software interfering with the http requests.

Default JD2 log-in to Uploaded.net reports UNKNOWN ERROR

I can no longer download from Uploaded.net. The log-in to UL is okay in Settings, but when I try to download a file, Settings shows in yellow "UNKNOWN ERROR".

24.11.15 16.30.22 to 24.11.15 15.34.32

(edit) Yes, not a a JDownloader issue ..... X-NetStat failed to block the port 24613 trojan, but also the firewall settings were changed so that I could not download. THANKS.

Merged uploaded threads.

@greenshoes:
Your log clearly shows what causes that problem - you should get this via browser too:
Code:
<div id="content" class="center"><div class="box aC sErr" style="padding:10px 0;margin:-10px 0 70px;">You used too many different IPs, Downloads have been blocked for today.<img src="img/e/shadow.png" class="shadow" /></div></div>	</div>
It is definitly NOT a JDownloader issue!

It seems that you added final links to JD, please add the original links, not final links.
