hi guys, yesterday iwara upgraded their website and the JD2 iwara plugin does not work anymore

Small update:
I've looked into it:
Iwara.tv has updated their website so our plugin needs to be updated too.

At the first glance this doesn't look too complicated but it will still take some time.
It also looks like iwara.tv is having server issues at this moment as the website is loading very slow here and a lot of videos fail to play.

I will work on this once I find the time.
In the meantime you can use this method as a workaround.

thank you, i'm used to downloading from iwara on daily basis and since they updated their website i couldn't even check the new videos knowing that i couldn't use JD2 to download, i hope an update comes soon so i can go back to downloading the entirety of profiles videos just by copying the profile link.

I've fixed our plugins but I'd need some more example URLs for further testing and improvements:

1. Link to a private video.

2. If still existent: Link to an officially downloadable video.

3. If still existent: Link to a view which is not hosted by iwara.tv but where iwara.tv is embedding it via 2rd party such as vimeo/youtube.

Apart from that, the following information applies for all code changes I've mentioned in this post:

Actually you just have to find the newest video and you should still be able to download it if the page loads. You also have to have an account to log in now to download.

Profile crawling seems to be broken in some way.
For example jdownloader will not detect this url:
**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

However if you google search the username and copy the link from the search results which is:
**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**
jdownloader is able to grab all the videos.

Use the "/users/<name>" format in the meanwhile.

Hi, thanks for the update. I am able to grab videos from profile/users now.

However I noticed another issue. Strangely every profile I grab seems to stop at 32 links even though I know that the user has more than 32 videos. At first I thought this was due to the loading issues the site has been experiencing. The site has been working much better now but the issue has not gone away and it coincides suspiciously with just how many videos can be display per page for a user?

For example

The last video linkgrabber will grab is the last video on the first page

Another example

Hello, there seems to be another problem that has just popped up a day or two ago. I noticed I started getting a lot of duplicates even though I have "If the file already exists" option set to Skip File.

So looking further into it I noticed there were some random spaces getting inserted into the filename with linkgrabber. At first I thought this was due the shorten filename packagizer rule that I imported recently from

My current current limit is at 110 characters. However even after disabling the rule linkgrabber will still insert a random space. As far as I can tell it is just one random space.

My iwara plugin settings are as follows:


I have two links which produce the above mentioned

E.g.
**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**
Linkgrabber inserts a space in between videoid_ and title.ext

**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**
Linkgrabber inserts a space in between title and .ext

So far I have seen the second one occur more often. I would like to know if it a misconfiguration of my jdownloader? Or something on their side, they did do a recent maintenance so I wonder if it is related.

The iwara.tv website is down at this moment so I can't test it.
The code looks fine so my guess is that iwara.tv is delivering the titles ending with a space which is something that I can easily correct but for now I'll wait for them to come back online.

They seem to be having a lot of issues since their migration to the new website.
