No connection with Easybytez
Dears,
I want support to solve a problem i face.I dowloaded Jdownloader and fill in the fields. I have a premium account in Easybytez. I normally chose in "Setting" and "new account" as host the EA(easybytez) and then filled in my easybytez name and password.The "status" remain empty, 'expiration date" unknown and "traffic left" also unknown. I have not a connection with my account in Easybytez.Describing the problem to Easybytez helpdesk they asked me if I could download directly.The answer is that I can download directly from Easybytez.Could you please advice why I can not have the connection with my EA account? Thank you in advance
