I was having this weird issue where the captcha page was closing instantly before being able to complete, causing JD to complain of skipping the check.

I eventually found out it was an extension I was using called Bookmark Sidebar.

It embeds CSS in pages to render the sidebar.

I wasn't that attached to the extension. just got rid of it. thought I'd post here anyway, just in case anyone else has the same problem in future.

thanks for your feedback!
There will be a lot more addons causing trouble with our extension - that's why our Captcha knowledgebase article contains the troubleshooting information to remove all addons except myjd when testing.

Also, if you want to keep using that addon, you can simply configure a separate browser for captcha solving in JD and use a different one for your private browsing.
