auto disable bad proxies
Currently when a proxy fails jd2 thinks it's a host/link problem when actually it just a proxy problem and should skip it and try nexy one.

proxy controlling is very basic at the moment and it's hard to differ between a proxy issue or hoster issue.
the current implementation was never meant to be used with public proxy lists!
