Into which jdownloader settings file is the list of proxy servers imported?
If you update this file with an external script, will jd re-read it without restarting?
Is there a script that converts the proxy list to json format for jd?

Add some proxies and do a full text search in your cfg folder to find the file.
The advanced setting is named like this:
InternetConnectionSettings.customproxylist

Update it inside the advanced settings via API / EventScripter script and it will be updated immediately.
