Default rapidgator.net: Update causes problems

When I started JD today, automatically updates were installed. Well, two more links of Rapidshare are remaining in the list (yestereday couldn't get anything from this host) but I always get the message "You've reached your daily download limits" altough I didn't download anything within the last at least 40 hours. And that sucks!

Any chance to uninstall the last update? Or any other solution for this problem?

You mean rapidgator, right? and have you tried in browser?
Just tested and worked fine in browser and JDownloader. So please check again in browser.

The plugin only added support for new error message, see

You are right, I mean rapidgator.... but the problem seems to be at them:

I still get the message that I have reached my daily limit - altough my last download is about 30 hours ago.... well, so the only chance is to wait until tomorrow and try it again then

Thx for support

Well as long as you get the same message via browser that is fine.
JD is supposed to display pretty much the same errormessage which you get via browser.

All it does is to examine their html and check for different text traits...
If you think you've found a serverside rapidgator.net bug, please contact their support.

@Magmadrag: please check if the message also shows up in browser. Have you tried to reconnect/get a new IP ? maybe restart router/modem?

Rapidgator is doing this for me as well -- Browser says 'daily limit' although I don't see that anywhere on their site description. However, going thru a proxy works. Looks like maybe they blocked my/his IP. Not sure why though, I only grab a couple of small files per day from them, less than 20 megs total. Not sure why they'd do it. Something's a bit fishy either way, it might not be an ip ban... So far I just use free proxies since I don't need lots of speed. Hope it helps.

@lggjm: Thanks for the feedback. Have you checked if you have own/dedicated IPv4 or shared one? (Carrier NAT, DSLite..) ? More and more ISPs no longer provide dedicated IPv4 (becaue of shortage) and do NAT solutions and share one IPv4 with many customers.
