Default Invalid maximum heap size (Linux)

Hallo,

seit einiger Zeit startet jdownloader2 nicht mehr. Ich bekomme die Fehlermeldung:
Code:
Invalid maximum heap size: -Xmx256m
Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.
Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit.
Nach ein bisschen Suche habe ich die Datei "JDownloader2.vmoptions" enmtdeckt. In dieser steht seit kurzem nurnoch "-Xmx256m". Lösche ich die Datei, dann startet JDownloader2 ohne Probleme. Allerdings legt er auch wieder eine JDownloader2.vmoptions an, die ich vor dem nächsten Start wieder entfernen muss. Was läuft da falsch?

Mein System ist:
Ubuntu 12.04
JDownloader2 Beta (Build Date: Thu Nov 21 22:06:44 CET 2013)

 java -Xmx512m -jar JDownloader.jar
Als Startparameter festlegen, bei Bedarf erhöhen.
