I've tried two different VPN services but I'm still GEO-blocked.

Hello,
JD2 downloads correctly the video streaming, but sometimes the audio track is missing.
Example link:
**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**
in the link, three files are available, I tried the first one (2024-04-24_raitv_La stranezza - La stranezza_768x432.mp4).
No audio is available in the downloaded mp4 file.
Any suggestion?

Use other tools as a workaround.

In this case, popular commandline downloader "yt-dlp" should also work fine.

This happens due to the way we are downloading HLS streams.
For now you will need to use a tool like VideoDownloadHelper (without JDownloader) to download items where you get this error. Instructions:
