Default Problem link grabber so long responding

whats wrong with my JDownloader??
in the first time I've install the program its working fine. until I've download a oracle virtualbox into my computer, theres a problem started. expecially when I've try to test download at here:

thinkbroadband.com/download.html

I have unistalling virtualbox and I've try to reinstall the jdownloader, is still same.


my java is 6 ver 29


its still not work. need your help please.

why it take an action so long?? what should I do to make this working fine again??

Your ping is very high, it seems that you have a connection problem, you may report to your ISP. Try with other DNS.

If you can download the files with your browser something is blocking jD. I recommend to :-

1) Allow java and javaw in your firewall and virus software. Disable (or un-install) the html/web download scanner in your virus software.

2) Reduce the Max.Con. setting (bottom right corner of jD window) to 1. Reset the affected links.

Fallow steps 4-5 and the problem should be solved. For dns I recommend OpenDNs
