Unfortunately, there is a problem with the expression.
In this case, select lines 383 and 384
It does not mark the next line 385
Similarly with others lines.

Hm, maybe add the next part of the expression
Include 3 lines

(?:===\s*|^)(https?:.*?)(?:[\r\n]+)(.*?)(?:[\r\n]+)(.*?)(?:[\r\n]+)

It's up to you if you want to include 1 or 2 lines, but now you have a working pattern
