The example link downloads fine here. If you can download it in your browser then something is blocking jD.

Allow java and javaw in your firewall and virus software. Disable (or un-install) the html/web download scanner in your virus software.

From yesterday filesonic have a problem for a "free" user.
I did made the captcha in manual mode by myself ; filesonic accept captcha says..."download" but do not start and says "plugin error" out of date e you needs severals minutes for another attempts.

I am not in my home, I am using PC in remote session: very difficult to activate a log;

I Have also a suspect. Because just now I will try to download the file with Firefox. After the captcha Filesonic says tha "File is no more available".

I suppose that this answer is reported as error by plug-in and make many user of JD thinks that will be a problem.

If you will make a test this is a file that generates this problem...

By the way if the file in filesonic is "good" there is no problem and your plug-in works very well.
Repeat in my opinion the problem is the answer of filesonic.

I added errorhandling, wait for the next update.
Filesonic has so many special errors that it's hard for us to find and handle all correctly...

server issues at filesonic side, the file is offline

Hallo, ich habe seit einigen Tagen Probleme beim Download von Filesonic. Nach dem starten von Jdownloader werden unter Premium Einstellungen bei Filesonic unter Status "Premium User" angezeigt. Wenn die Downloads starten springt nach 1-2 Minuten der Status auf "Account ok". Nach diesem umschalten des Status sinken die Download Raten rapide ab. Wenn ich dann wieder auf Premium Einstellungen gehe und einen Refrehs Account mache springt der Status wieder auf Premium User. Manchmal kommt auch beim Refresh ein Server Error. Dann mache ich nochmal einen Refresh und die Einstellungen springen wieder auf Premium User.

Wenn ich die downloads über den Firefox Download Manager mache treten die Probleme nicht auf. Ich meine das die Probleme erst seit einem der letzten Update´s auftreten. Ich bin beim Jdownloader ständig auf den neuesten Stand.

JDL is reporting invalid credentials yet they are correct and still got premium.

Works fine on web just not through jdl.

Same for me. I downloaded (via premium) earlier in the day and now in the evening (22:39 local time) Filesonic account details are being returned as invalid.

I, like shadowdogg, can login via the website ok just not via JD. Incidentally there appears to have been some FileSonic system changes in relation to the site as they have a new internal mail system available on their web pages and so it's likely they might have made some other systemic changes too that are the cause of the problem.

UPDATE:-

The problem seems to have corrected itself and so the issue seems to have been with FileSonic themselves as I personally didn't change anything within the configuration of JD except to occasionally try to re-enable the account check-box for my FileSonic account. At approx. 00:30 (roughly 2hrs after the initial incident) I was able to re-enable the check-box and have my account details accepted.

the file is no lognger available.
close jd and start jdupdate.jar and it should update plugin that auto handles these offline files

hmmm the problem seems to lie with filesonic: it doesn't show the file as being OFFLINE first. only after trying to download it the browser returns an error "file not found"...
the file is not really offline like when it gets deleted. its just not downloadable because of server problems at filesonic i guess

Had been using JDownloader with Filesonic with no problems for around a week...

but now suddenly anytime I try to connect to Filesonic I get the message "Hoster problem? - Retrying in X seconds..."

I try to download the file(s) using a browser and they work fine so the problem must be with my JDownloader?

I uninstalled and re-installed but still the same problem.

I am also using JDownloader to connect to Rapidshare, Fileserve and Uploading.com and all of these work without any problems.

Only Filesonic is a problem.

Can anyone help?

yes, seems like the database for filecheck is not up2date and thats why the link shows online first, but when downloading it is offline

The link works fine here. If you don't have version 14231 of the plug-in, please restart jD twice.

If it still doesn't work, I recommend to :-

1) Allow java and javaw in your firewall and virus software. Disable (or un-install) the html/web download scanner in your virus software.

2) Reduce the Max.Con. setting (bottom right corner of jD window) to 1. Reset the affected links.

Nevermind. I'm blocked by FileSonic for some reason. Sorry for the confusion on my part.

Wenn ich meine Premium Daten eingebe, steht dort Server error will retry later.. Dahinter steht Unlimited, allerdings kann ich nur einzelnd mit Free Geschwindigkeit laden. Außerdem kann ich nicht mehr über den Browser auf die Filesonic Seite zugreifen..
Erst wenn ich den Router neu starte kann ich wieder über den Browser auf filesonic.com zugreifen. Wenn ich dann wieder den Jdownloader starte, wieder nicht, dann fängt das wieder von vorne an???

Habs nochmal gecheckt, ich kann solange Jdownloader geöffnet ist und ca.5 min danach nicht über den Browser auf filesonic.com zugreifen..

A month ago i write about my problem with filsonic (>here<), week after everything start work fine, until today. Again JD talk me "temporary unavailable..." and won't download.
In IDM or my browser filesonic works fine. Here is my log file:
