"File not found" with URLs containing special chars
SOLVED (waiting for bug fix)
Hello, how can I get around this problem which appeared in the last days?: Adding a HTTP link with the following pattern **External links are only visible to Support Staff** is shown as available in the linkGrabber. In the downloads view, however, the file won't be downloaded. "Status: An error occurred! File not found" The file can be downloaded flawlessly with any browser and worked in JD2 as of last week. Thanks for any ideas. (I can post a working link, but it'll be valid for about 30 minutes) temporary link: (removed) Last edited by 534; 18.06.2015 at 22:02. Reason: added link |

The example link works perfectly fine. Maybe it shows as offline because it is expired?
Also the link does not contain any special char. I'm very sure it fails because of expired session within link.

Thank you for your quick reply.
Unfortunately no, the link did not expire prior to adding it. Everytime I open it in any browser it works fine. LinkGrabber show the file as available and JD2 also displays the correct file size (but won't download it). How can I make sure to reset all settings? (JD2 for Mac) Thanks. |
