Default Cannot access K2S (keep2Share) from this connection

I have not been able to access k2s.cc using my premium account for almost ten days now. Their support does not exist (the mail link in the help section is void). I always get this message when I try to download: "You can not access k2s.cc from your current network connection". I already experienced something similare in the past, and the problem was solved by logging in to my account from a browser and jdownloader started working again. Now this doesn't work anymore. Any suggestion?

I can confirm, after my IP changed i always had to manually log into my k2s account before it would work in JDownloader, again.

Do you by any chance share an ip? For example a crappy cable provider with a shared ipv4 gateway (ds-lite)

Thank you for your reply. The problem is that also after manually logging into my account k2s is still not reachable from JDownloader. As you suggest I also thought the problem could be with the provider as I have recently changed it. But I now have the same issue with the old provider. Could it be a problem with the k2s plugin?

This is no problem with plugin. API Mode is more restrictive than website Mode. You can change it in Settings-Plugins-Keep2share and change it there.
The IP restriction comes from K2s

Update, I think it's not the folderwatch, but another setting, as adding the link from the clipboard will do the same (only the keep2share links).
