Default Click 'n' load problems

Why some times the click n load feature DOESN'T work at all to both of the jd 1 editions even i have install the feature from the jdownloader stable.

Which may be the problem.

I use mozilla firefox 13.01.

A lot of thanks.

Click and load works off the flashgot/external interface addon (depending on the version of jd your using + language, it could be called something else). First of all firewall needs to not block jd, second of all only one instance of JD can only listen to the port which the API runs on. So if your running multiple instances or switching between JD you need to close the first instance (so that the original instance relinquishes the port) and then run the other version. Your browser also has to not block cross site scripting, some browser or addons some times limit the ability of cross site scripting as a security measure.

Click'n'Load - Firefox & NoScript

Does CnL fail at the same pages or different pages?
What do you do when it begins to fail? Adblock/NoScript addon in firefox?

I know ONLY ONE ncrypt page not many so i can't answer you to that.

I have adblock at my mozilla firefox but even if i had disabled or ignore to ncrypt site the cnl DON'T work.

And some times even with enabled the adblock plus the cnl works fine so i don't know the reason of this incompability.

you have to setup noscript correct
it blocks because it thinks the cnl is a xss

rightclick noscript-xxs-unsafe reload
or setup noscript correct

Can you please explain to me what is the use of these two values at the ignore list of proxy server and why if i remove the localhost still works the cnl button?

And why every block ip's i have put inside the windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts file doesn't work?
Maybe because we have ignore that ip 127.0.0.1?
And is there any solution so all the block ip's i have put inside the hosts file does it block and still cnl button work just fine?

A LOT OF THANKS

127.0.0.1 is your local computer (localhost)
without having it on your proxy exclude list, the browser will try to use the proxy for it and that will fail!

the hosts file must direct localhost to ipv4 127.0.0.1! so have this
127.0.0.1 localhost in it
the proxy exclude list must contain localhost and 127.0.0.1 because it is up to the cnl dev what to use

some sites from browsing. localhost has nothing to do with sites and browsing! its just to tell your proxy not to proxy localhost traffic

So with proxy server i can't block any site, ip's correct?

And without proxy i can block every site, ip i want without disable the cnl button correct?

Do you suggest me to use proxy for serf to the internet or not and why?

its up to you if you want to use a proxy/need to use a proxy?

you can block what you want, it's totally up 2 you
please google how to blocks sites. you dont have to mess with hosts file. I'm sure there are plugins that can do the same!
