Default jdownloader subyshare.com - Plugin broken

Hi,

I have a problem with the site subyshare since few day, I have this error message "Plugin broken, please contact the JDownloader Support!"

I need support! This is my log id: jdlog://9165024015941

Please could you help me ?

Just checked, the plugin broken problem still exists
I can download through the browser direct

I still get 403 forbidden. Doesn't work in browser either.

@tony2long: looks like browser detection/blocking.
In my FF it doesn't work, but in Chrome it does

Update is in background, just hit update button and restart JDownloader
create new log when it still fails for you

It's better, file isn't empty in LinkCollector but error message :
"Invalid username/password!
You're sure that the username and password you entered are correct? Some hints:
1. If your password contains special characters, change it (remove them) and try again!
2. Type in your username/password by hand without copy & paste."

I have check my password on subyshare and it's the same...

Please enable Settings-Advanced Settings- search for debug and enable log debug. Restart JDownloader
wait for error to show up again and create new log

I solve the captcha just to get captcha again... I wonder, is that hoster too niche to be worked on?

I did some fast tests but could not find out why it fails /loops or how they detect JD.

They do not detect us but they have a slightly modified XFS script running.
I've managed to fix it.

Something is changing at this subyshare stupider. Cannot download with JDownloader.

Works for me, you got "Wrong captcha or wrong password!" or "503 Service Temporarily Unavailable".

Nothing from this.
I can download over Web browser, but not from JD.
Err:"connection limit reached, please contact our support" with 5min timer and this still loop.

Edit: Now I know where the problem is. JD dont detect deleted file.

I cannot reproduce your issue - download via jdownloader works fine here.

Keep ind mind that subyshare has a limit of max 1 download per IP for free-users.
If you e.g. start one download via browser, chances are good that a 2nd one via JDownloader will fail e.g. with error 503.

You're also the only user who has reported such issues.

Do you use a (public) VPN?
Do you share your Internet connection with other people?
