LOL. I like the way you're exerting pressure.
![]() @Blob Don't worry about the threat. It's up to you to inform yourself about what you need to do about your issue. You could for instance Restart jD twice. If that doesn't help you could provide a complete log. I'm sure you're clever enough to find out how to do this. |

Does anyone have experience with slow premium download? I identified, that some files goes better then others, may be it depends on unique server where file is located...
I tried it directly in browser... |

I think this is something you should discuss with them because you're paying for it.

The Premium plugin error and auto-uncheck of premium account still exists, at least in Singapore (Singtel). JD is such a great piece of software, which I would even pay for, but it is impossible to use it for some users. And as I can see the issue is not only related to Fileserve, as users of other hosters report the same issue from different locations.

If you can download with your browser, the problem might also be caused by a bad configuration of your firewall/virus software.
Please read some sticky posts of the forum. |

Firewall / antivirus disabled. With IDM & browser it works without any problems. JD was working great too, but it stopped one day reporting the Premium error. JD Developers had remote session twice with me and couldn't fix the problem. So for me, end user, it is pure JD bug, especially if something works through other methods and doesn't work with JD only.

Did you already provide a complete and detailed log?

Today I found out a program called Mipony. I am amazed to be honest, great piece of software. It can do everything JD does, except multiple connections per file... Considering how young is this program, it should outperform JD sooner or later if only developers are motivated enough. And it doesn't have any problems storing my premium details, unchecking it automatically or anything like JD does. So if browser / IDM / Mipony can handle FS premium properly, why JD can't? The problem was reported more than 2 months ago in this thread. But if you check carefully also other hosters, users from different countries report exactly the same issues with JD. That makes me thinking it is 100% JD bug, might be related with Java or the way Java handles (or even not) the cookies... |

There has been a global plug-in update a few days ago. Can you please post a new log?

@stiwi
Our cookie handling IS GOOD. Fileserve.com is very buggy and this information is NOT NEW! Many weeks ago we found this "linkcheck bug" that fileserve has. We told it to their support but what did they do to fix it....NOTHING! GreeZ pspzockerscene

Try to download "**External links are only visible to Support Staff** in your browser and you'll understand fileserve.com's server issues. |

I saw users reporting exactly the same behavior (premium plugin error & auto-uncheck issue) for other hosters as well (Hotfile, Filesonic, Megaupload etc.), so the problem itself is not tied to Fileserve only.
I can tell however that Rapidshare for instance works properly in JD, at least on my side. Last edited by stiwi; 18.01.2011 at 10:32. |

![]() Sincerly Do not mix Hosts in the same thread. This thread is for FileServe.com only. The fact that this happens in multiple hosts usually means that this is a General bug and should be reported in General Bug Report. Last edited by drbits; 20.01.2011 at 22:09. |

And even when I try to update, it screams error, error error error.
I mean, the programme breaks for no reasons at all. I had it for a long period of time and it broke so many times with no reason. And the only response I get is that I need to allow Java.exe, to turn off antivirus net scanner and stuff like that. I tried uninstaling it and then installing it again, but I get errors again. I've been having the same problem after the latest plugin update attempt.. JDownloader is now broken, the plugin update won't proceed at that same stage... Downloads are now stuck at Connecting... no matter how many times i install and reinstall it.. It seems like the updates for the Veoh plugin is borked on the server Downloadsource: http://update3.jdownloader.org/branc...=1295549356413 http://update3.jdownloader.org/branches/last09/ (-1%) requesttimeAVG=456 Hash Failed Error.
