Anyone else experiencing slow download speeds? I am currently only getting 60Kb/s. I was getting my max speed just 7 hours ago.

Edit: Just confirmed that my internet connection is functioning at full capacity. Downloading from 1Fichier at full speed. Possible issue on Youtube's end.

I didnt say it shows them as anything else
I said when I try to add more variants ,the selector list that user can choose from, the av1 is in 1920 selection and the other two are in 1080 selection.
so if I de-select 1080 then the h264 and vp9 are not shown.


and if I de-select 1920 then av1 is not shown
even though as I said (and you repeated) they are all shown as 1920x1080 in the table and downloaded files.

@rezad: Thank you very much. Now I understand what you mean. I was always just looking at the table, not the dropdown menu. Check again with next update. Indeed it was wrong internal resolution specification. Thanks for the report!

Is it possible to add 5k (2880p) to Image/Video resolution in the Youtube plugin (there is only 2160p and then 4320p) ? I need max. 5k (mainly for 3D) and wanna make a Variant Collection only for 5k!

Here are some examples :

This is a 5k 360 (2880s) Video :

Max 8k in Variant Collection works because there is no 8k and the 5k will be downloading!

but in this case there is a 8k Video and I don't need it, there should be a fallback to 4k when no 5k is available and it's easier to make a Variant Collection when there is 5k (2880p) selectable in Image/Video resolution!

Today I tried to download some audio and video from youtube but JD can’t detect most of them as before.

Here is my log.

I tried to add my YT*account but it didn’t change anything.

Here are 3 links that failed (blank link collector).

Same problems with Video an Audio archives from YOUTUBE, Thumbnail and description load normally but the video and audio cannot be load by Jdownloader. And I have the last Update.-

I can't download music videos and audio from YouTube and other movies from YouTube but some movies (and audio) I can download.

Hi all .Having the same problem as the last requests like fred_gaouwith as linkgrabber is hit and miss picking up links from Youtube. The videos play fine in browser and download fine with a web based .mp4 video downloader. I rather use JDownloader to download youtube videos.

Another thing i want to solve is how can I stop .mkv files from downloading.Even as I did unchecked the preference in the settings and they are still downloading in to my computer.I dont want .mkv files since they wont play on this old computer ..

Maybe you pick up such files to download they can be only merged in mkv by ffmpeg which is used as a video container tool in jd
