Default Month of date is reported incorrectly

I did some tests to confirm the issue this is what I've found--the date of a video used in the naming scheme (*date[mm-dd-yyyy]*) is incorrect. Specifically, only the "mm" or the month part is incorrect--"dd" for the day and "yyyy" for the year appears to be accurate.

In all the videos I've tested (7 videos) that reported inaccurate dates, the "mm" was "00" for January, even though the videos were not published in January. Again, the rest of the date (dd-yyyy) is reported correctly.

This is very important to me as I needed all my videos to be in the order of time published.

In your case: Date format should be: MM-dd-yyyy
MM is for month in year
mm is for minute in hour.
